All orders are shipped within one to three business days after order receipt.

International Gifts
Regretfully, we do not ship gifts internationally.

Delivery Promise:
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given. Postal and delivery services may not forward without additional charges that we will pass on to you.

Back-Ordered Merchandise
Occasionally orders are placed for items not currently in stock. For these orders, we will notify the customer via email, providing an estimated shipping date when the back-ordered merchandise is scheduled to return back in stock. We make every effort to get items back into stock and shipped to our customers on a timely basis.

Holiday Schedule
While the Jackson’s Orchard retail store is open on some holidays, JacksonsOrchard.com does not process of ship orders on the following holidays:

• New Years Day - January 1st
• Memorial Day - Last Monday in May
• Independence Day - July 4th
• Labor Day - First Monday in September
• Thanksgiving Day - 4th Thursday in November
• Christmas Day - December 25th
